Planning with this Atlanta couple was such a joy. We met through a few video calls, refined their sunset‑centered timeline, and built a day that felt relaxed, intentional, and beautifully coastal. Their family and friends flew in to celebrate, and the energy around the poolside reception was unforgettable.
As the bride and groom prepared for the ceremony, friends and family from Atlanta made their way to the beach. A gorgeous day on the Emerald Coast with every blue and green shimmering from the Gulf. The ceremony brought a gorgeous and slow sunset that dropped hints of pink into the sky.
After the ceremony, the couple made time for beach photos with their guests, family and bridal party before quietly slipping away down the beach. The saxophone player from the ceremony stayed for a private dance for the couple to enjoy the moment and emotions.
Heading to the reception at their rented beach house in Destiny by the Sea, the groom carried his barefoot bride across the street, stopping to enjoy a few more quiet moments alone with his new wife.
Before stepping in for their first dance, the bride and groom held each other alone in the driveway of the mansion.
The reception was simple, full of homecooked catering, music, and dancing. Guests celebrated around the pool as a second dance floor.
Before heading off to their honeymoon suite, the newlyweds shared one last kiss in the elevator.
